I have worst experience ever faced with gati and Gaurav Verma, who was the incharge to deliver the goods. Some goods are lost, some are broken and worst part sofa and tv got damaged. Even luggage bags were wet, inside all the clothes got damaged with fungus and discoloration. Not picking up the calls nor responding. When shared all the details and photos, he stopped responding and picking up the calls. Had a massive amount of loss.

Extremely poor services. It seems they are fraud. After pick-up, these people don’t bother to respond.

One trolley box is missing, and despite continuous follow-ups, I am not getting any proper response. I have already registered a complaint with the National Consumer Helpline.
